Ramsud Technologies — Learning Platform & Creator Tools · Last updated: 5 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the learning platform and creator tools at
learning.ramsudtechnologies.com (the "Service"), operated by Ramsud Technologies ("we", "us",
"Ramsud"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please
don't use the Service.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be old enough to lawfully agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction (see our Privacy Policy, Children's privacy) to create an account.
Accounts are for the named individual (teacher or student). Don't share your login with others.
Upload or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that harasses or threatens others;
Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation;
Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts, or interfere with the Service's normal operation;
Scrape, resell or redistribute course content you don't own or have a licence to use;
Use the Studio tools or Share-to-social features to spam, mass-post, or violate the policies of YouTube, LinkedIn, or any platform you share to;
Violate any applicable law.
We may remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts, that violate this section (see section 9).
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the courses, recordings, images, and other content you create or upload ("User Content").
By publishing a course or other content on the Service, you grant Ramsud a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, display and deliver that content to other users as necessary to operate the Service (for example, to let a student who purchased your course watch it).
You are solely responsible for your User Content and must have the rights to everything in it (footage, images, music, likenesses, etc.). Don't upload content you don't have the right to use.
We may remove User Content that violates section 2 or applicable law, or on a valid copyright/legal request.
4. Our intellectual property
The Service itself — its design, code, branding, and the Studio tools (Recording Studio, Whiteboard, Mind Map,
Image Editor, Workflow, 3D Studio, Teleprompter and the browser-based editing tools) — is owned by Ramsud
Technologies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't
grant you any right to use Ramsud's name, logo or branding except as needed to use the Service as intended.
5. AI-assisted features
Some Studio features use on-device or automated processing to assist you — for example, auto-generated video
captions produced by an automatic speech-recognition model. These outputs are generated automatically and may
contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and, if necessary, correcting them (the Studio lets you edit
or regenerate captions) before relying on or publishing them. We do not claim ownership over AI-assisted output
you create using the Service.
6. Connected accounts (YouTube, LinkedIn)
The Service lets you optionally connect a Google (YouTube) or LinkedIn account to share videos you've made in
the Recording Studio. See our Privacy Policy for what data is involved.
By connecting an account, you confirm you have the right to post the content you choose to share, and you
remain subject to YouTube's and LinkedIn's own terms of service for anything you upload or post through those
platforms. We are not responsible for how YouTube or LinkedIn handle content once it's uploaded there.
7. Payments and refunds
Paid courses and the Recording Studio pass are processed through Razorpay. Prices are shown in INR at the time of purchase.
Purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion in cases of a verified technical error or duplicate charge.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact admin@ramsudtechnologies.com with your order details and we'll look into it.
Teachers who publish paid courses are responsible for the accuracy of their course pricing and description; Ramsud is not a party to the educational relationship between teacher and student beyond operating the Service.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free
operation. We may perform maintenance, and features may change, be added, or be removed over time (see section
12). Some Studio features depend on your browser's own capabilities (e.g. WebGL, camera/microphone access) and
may perform differently across devices.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, where required by law, or to protect the Service or other users — we'll generally try to notify you unless doing so is not appropriate (e.g. for abuse, fraud, or safety reasons).
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) continue to apply after your account is closed.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied,
including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to
the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ramsud Technologies will not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from
your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited
to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
12. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; if we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date
above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms. We may also add, change
or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute
arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in
India, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer-protection law.
